Why browser-native?
Most "network tool" sites proxy your queries through their own servers, which means your lookups, headers and targets pass through (and can be logged by) a third party. web0 runs the work in your own browser instead. DNS goes to Cloudflare DoH, RDAP to the official registries, WebSocket straight to your endpoint, and each tool's trust line names exactly what it contacts.
